This Association was formed on the 2nd of April 2005 by Peter Olds, after having realised that there was a drastic need for
a Residents group in the area. Many people have stated that Nunsthorpe & Bradley Park was too big an area for one group
but it was decided that you cannot split the area up as the map defines that Nunsthorpe & Bradley Park is enclosed within
a box To the North by Laceby Road,East by Scartho Road, West by Bradley Pitches and South by Scartho Top. This estate has
aproximatly 2850 residential properties housing over 8,000 people. It would not be fair to only cater for part of the estate.
